Challenges
The account already had ad spend behind it, but the strategy wasn't built for conversion. Campaigns were racking up impressions without a proportional lift in website traffic or real engagement. Organic content had reach, strong view counts, but those views weren't turning into profile visits or clicks. For an education centre, reach without action is just noise. The work wasn't about making prettier content. It was about rebuilding the strategy around one outcome: getting the right parents to the website, and getting them to reach out.
Solution
Paid campaigns, rebuilt around cost-per-lead.
A previous agency was running ads at $1.20 per click. We brought that down to $0.49 — less than half the cost, without cutting corners on who was seeing the ads. Our May website-visit campaign landed at $0.87 per visit, beating prior comparable campaigns that ran $1.04–$1.15. A one-week campaign alone drove over 300 website visits — real parents landing on the page and looking into enrollment.
Organic content, rebuilt around real families.
We moved content toward human-centred storytelling — parent testimonials, community reels, real moments from the location instead of generic promotional posts. The result: a 7x increase in video views account-wide. The top-performing reel doubled the reach of the account's previous all-time best post, while driving 6x more profile visits from that reach — proof that more people weren't just watching, they were actively checking out the business.
Account-wide, profile visit conversion rate doubled, on lower overall ad spend. Less reach wasted, more of the right people taking the next step.
The Result?
The fall campaign turned this into what actually matters for an education centre: more inquiries, and more students walking through the door.
